Ms. Tracey Pinson, Director

Our Mission Statement:

Advise the Secretary of the Army and the Army leadership on small business related matters.

Spearhead innovative initiatives that contribute to expanding the small business industrial base relevant to the Army mission priorities.

Leverage the use of minority serving educational institutions in support of Army Science and Technology Programs.

Our Vision:

To be the premier advocacy organization committed to maximizing small business opportunities in support of the Warfighter and Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN).

Statement by President Obama:

"Ninety-eight percent of all American companies have fewer than 100 employees. Over half of all Americans work for a small business. Small businesses are the backbone of our nation's economy and we must protect this great resource…..Helping American small business is part of our movement for change and the end of politics as usual."
